Welcome to evagraphics. By accessing or using this website, booking a workshop, enrolling in a course, or commissioning an illustration, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Intellectual Property Rights
    All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, illustrations, original artwork, and course materials—is the exclusive property of evagraphics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any artwork or materials without prior explicit written permission.

  • Services, Bookings, and Payments

    • Illustration Commissions: The scope, timeline, and pricing for custom illustration projects will be agreed upon individually before work begins. Revisions are handled as outlined in our project agreement, and final high-resolution files are delivered upon full payment.

    • Courses and Workshops: Enrollment for drawing courses, Spanish classes, and tarot workshops is confirmed upon registration and payment. Details regarding schedules, locations (such as the studio at Apparatenfabriek, Strijp-S,  Eindhoven), and materials will be provided upon booking.

    • Cancellations and Refunds: Policies regarding cancellations or rescheduling for classes, workshops, or custom commissions will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

  • Limitation of Liability
    Evagraphics     is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, participation in our workshops, or the use of our services, beyond the scope mandated by local consumer protection laws.

  • Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

  • Changes to Terms
    vagraphics     reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
