I am Eva, the creator of Eva&Graphics. I come from Chile, South America, a land full of contrasts, vibrant traditions, and rich cultural diversity. Today I live in the Netherlands with my family, where I combine my passion for art, creativity, and teaching.
Since I was a child, I found happiness and expression through drawing. Armed with nothing more than pencils and paper, I spent countless hours bringing my imagination to life. This passion led me to study Graphic Design and Digital Illustration at Duoc UC Art Academy in Chile.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in many creative fields, including branding, editorial design, web design, packaging, multimedia, and educational software development for schools. I also had the opportunity to work in the fascinating world of video games.
Over the years, I have explored different artistic techniques, including acrylic painting, pencil drawing, ink illustration, and digital art. My work has been strongly influenced by artists such as Alphonse Mucha and Gustave Doré, whose attention to detail and timeless elegance continue to inspire my illustrations today.
Teaching has become another passion of mine. While living in the Netherlands, I taught both private and group Spanish lessons at the former The Hub Eindhoven for Expats. Today, through Eva&Graphics, I also offer drawing classes, where I help beginners discover that drawing is a skill that can be learned through observation, practice, and confidence.
I love teaching because it allows me to connect with people. Whether I am sharing the Spanish language and the richness of Latin American culture, or helping someone create their very first drawing, my goal is always the same: to create a welcoming environment where people feel inspired to learn, explore, and enjoy the creative process.
For me, art is much more than creating beautiful images—it is a way of connecting with ourselves and with others. Likewise, language is much more than grammar—it is a bridge between cultures and people.
Through Eva&Graphics, I hope to inspire creativity, encourage lifelong learning, and share a little piece of both my artistic world and my Chilean heritage with everyone who visits.
